Tom Hadley is a globe-rocking public speaker and self-proclaimed future of work activist. He reaches into his ‘lived experience’ as a company director, as well as his extensive research back-catalogue and assimilated life-lessons from the world of sport as well as the world of work, to inform and energise his keynote talks, training programmes, podcasts, consultancy services and global good practice carousels.
Tom’s professional career has involved working with business leaders, employer organisations, national governments and international institutions on a range of employment, labour market and workforce issues. He is a director of two leading youth charities, a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (RSA) and holds a Masters in International and European Law. He was a semi-professional rugby player and is a qualified England Rugby coach – drawing parallel lines between the world of sport and the world of work is a recurring theme in his talks and coaching programmes.
Tom lives in North London but was born in the West Midlands and brought up in Paris. As a spillover to these two geographical twists of fate, he is an unrepentant aficionado of 1980s French popular music and a life-long supporter of Aston Villa FC.
